US Expands Visa Bond Program Requiring Up to $15,000 Deposits from Additional Countries
The United States Department of State expanded its visa bond program to include twelve more countries starting April 2 2026. Nationals from Cambodia, Ethiopia, Georgia, Grenada, Lesotho, Mauritius, Mongolia, Mozambique, Nicaragua, Papua New Guinea, Seychelles, and Tunisia must now post financial bonds of $5,000 to $15,000 when applying for B1/B2 tourist visas if otherwise eligible….
