Qatar Airways has claimed the top position in the Skytrax World Airline Awards for the eleventh time. The Doha-based carrier extended its record as the most frequent winner of the World’s Best Airline category. Passenger votes from more than 100 nationalities determined the rankings in the annual global survey.
The airline also earned World’s Best Business Class for the eleventh consecutive year. Its Qsuite product received the award for World’s Best Business Class Seat. Qatar Airways won Best Airline in the Middle East for the twelfth year running.
Hamad International Airport collected multiple honors as the home hub. The facility secured World’s Best Airport Shopping and Best Airport in the Middle East. It ranked fourth overall among global airports.

ANA All Nippon Airways ranked fourth worldwide. The Japanese carrier won World’s Cleanest Airline and Best Airline in Asia Staff Service. Cathay Pacific placed fifth with recognition for Best Economy Class in China.
The top ten continued with Japan Airlines in sixth, Turkish Airlines in seventh for Best Airline in Europe, Air France in eighth for Best Airline in Western Europe, Korean Air in ninth, and EVA Air in tenth.
Singapore’s Changi Airport retained the World’s Best Airport title for the thirteenth time. The facility also won Best Airport Immigration Service. Doha’s Hamad International followed by Seoul Incheon and Tokyo Haneda completed the airport top four.
In low-cost categories, AirAsia maintained World’s Best Low-Cost Airline status. Jetstar Airways topped Asia-Pacific low-cost rankings. FlyDubai earned Best Low-Cost Airline in the Middle East.
Regional winners included Delta Air Lines as Best Airline in North America. Porter Airlines claimed Best Regional Airline in North America. Azul Brazilian Airlines secured Best Regional in South America.
The survey evaluated aspects such as seat comfort, catering quality, cabin cleanliness, staff service, and entertainment options. More than 350 airlines appeared across various award categories. Over 21 million eligible customer responses shaped the final results.
