Qatar Airways has removed three more destinations from its network through mid-April 2026. The carrier dropped scheduled flights to Rome, Hong Kong and Addis Ababa effective March 28. The adjustments form part of ongoing capacity management amid revised operations until April 15.

Earlier schedule updates already suspended services to 12 other cities including Tokyo, Seoul and Moscow. The latest changes affect passenger and cargo links on the three routes. Qatar Airways continues to operate a reduced network with focus on core hubs in Doha and selected high-demand markets.

The airline released the updated destination list on March 23 for the period through April 15. Travelers holding bookings to the affected cities must rebook or seek refunds through official channels. No specific reasons for the individual suspensions were detailed beyond broader schedule revisions.

Qatar Airways advises passengers to verify flight status via the website or app before travel. The carrier maintains flexibility for rebooking on available services without additional fees where possible. Operations to remaining destinations proceed under the revised timetable.

The moves coincide with industry-wide adjustments in long-haul capacity. Hong Kong and Rome represent key Asian and European gateways while Addis Ababa serves as an African connection point. Affected passengers should monitor communications for alternative routing options through Doha or partner airlines.

No immediate impact on Doha hub operations has been reported. Qatar Airways continues to prioritize safety and schedule reliability across its fleet. Further updates on network restoration remain pending as the airline reviews demand patterns into the second quarter.

Travelers planning connections involving these cities should confirm visa and transit requirements for any rerouting. The suspensions add to recent volatility in global air services but do not affect Qatar’s core Middle East and selected intercontinental routes. Passengers are encouraged to contact the airline directly for personalized assistance.
