Bangkok gains a striking addition to its luxury hospitality scene with the debut of Andaz One Bangkok. The hotel positions itself as a gateway for travelers seeking authentic connections to the city’s culture, creativity, and energy. By reimagining urban stays through local influences, the property sets a new standard for lifestyle accommodations in the Thai capital.
The hotel occupies a prime site within the One Bangkok mixed-use development on Wireless Road. It sits adjacent to Lumphini Park and offers direct access to MRT Lumphini Station. Expressway connections provide efficient routes to Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang International Airports.
Architectural firm PIA designed the structure as a “Vertical Neighbourhood” that reflects Bangkok’s diverse street life and hidden sois. Interiors draw from the Thai mid-century movement, incorporating arches and curves inspired by landmarks such as Vidyu Palace. Bespoke artworks by Thai female artists feature throughout the public spaces and guest areas.
Guest accommodations include 244 rooms and suites ranging from 38 square meters to the 197-square-meter Presidential Suite. Each features marble bathrooms with rain showers, BYREDO amenities, and non-alcoholic minibars stocked with local snacks. Standard inclusions comprise 65-inch HDTVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, Nespresso machines, and Dyson hairdryers.
The 24-hour Andaz Lounge serves complimentary refreshments and evening cocktails exclusively for guests. An outdoor infinity pool overlooks Lumphini Park, complemented by a state-of-the-art fitness centre.
Dining options span multiple venues. Jǐng offers all-day Chinese cuisine. Andaz Terrace provides al fresco Asian-influenced dishes, afternoon tea, and tea-based cocktails. Piscari, the Mediterranean rooftop restaurant, specializes in seafood with panoramic city views.
Amar Lalvani, President & Creative Director, Lifestyle, Hyatt, described the property’s vision. He stated that Bangkok rewards curiosity and that the hotel weaves itself into the city’s rhythm. The design celebrates Bangkok’s creative pulse, heritage, and sense of possibility, resulting in a vibrant and inspiring space.
Andaz One Bangkok targets urban explorers who prioritize cultural immersion alongside contemporary luxury. The property’s location and facilities facilitate easy access to Bangkok’s historic sites, markets, and creative districts. This opening expands Hyatt’s lifestyle portfolio in Southeast Asia while contributing to the ongoing transformation of the Wireless Road area.
